Aho! My name is Crystal Sanchez, and I am honored for the opportunity to be a part of your healing journey. In 2004, I started my journey in metaphysics and alternative healing when I became a certified Reiki Master while working full-time as a technology leader. Fast-forward to 2023, I received the call to become a Shaman Healer after being laid-off from Microsoft. Today, I am a certified Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine (Shaman) with The Four Winds Society. I am dedicated to guiding others on their paths of self-healing, self-discovery, and self-empowerment. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. My alternative healing practice covers mind, body, emotions, and spirit to foster true healing at the soul level. My purpose is to teach you the skills you need to manage your own transformative healing journey through shamanic techniques and coaching within a safe, supportive, and grounded environment.
