I am Crystal Sanchez — Shaman, healer, and coach. I carry Muwekma Ohlone and Coahuila indigenous ancestry and I am a certified Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine through The Four Winds Society. I spent nearly thirty years in corporate technology leadership before answering the calling that had been waiting for me my entire life.
I know what it is to be tired of your own story. I know what it is to sense that something truer is waiting — and to not know how to get there. This work exists because I needed it first.
