Please read the following carefully before booking a session or enrolling in a program with Crystal The Shaman. 

 Crystal Sanchez is the founder of Rising Spirits LLC, operating as Crystal The Shaman. She is a certified Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine (The Four Winds Society) and a Munay-Ki Mesa Carrier Practitioner. The services offered through Crystal The Shaman — including shamanic healing, energy medicine, coaching, and ceremonial work — are spiritual and complementary practices intended to support your personal growth and overall wellbeing.

These services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic care. Crystal Sanchez is not a licensed physician, therapist, or mental health professional. Nothing shared in a session, program, or on this website constitutes medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Shamanic healing may be used alongside — but not in place of — professional medical or mental health care.

 All sessions and programs offered through Crystal The Shaman / Rising Spirits LLC are conducted in full accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Crystal Sanchez's personal spiritual path is separate and distinct from the professional services offered through this practice. 

All client information, session content, and personal disclosures are held in strict confidence. Crystal Sanchez will not share your information with any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law. 

Healing is a deeply personal and non-linear journey. While many clients experience profound shifts through this work, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on each individual's openness, participation, and unique path. Crystal Sanchez makes no promises or warranties regarding specific results from any session or program. 

Your 45-minute Clarity Session is $75 and is applied in full toward your program investment if you choose to move forward. This fee is non-refundable. If you no-show or cancel without adequate notice, the session fee is forfeited. If you reschedule and enroll in a program, the $75 will be credited toward your program investment. 

Paid in Full

Clients who pay their full program investment upfront receive a 10% discount applied at the time of booking. Full payment is due before the program begins. 

Month-to-Month

Clients who choose month-to-month payment must maintain a valid credit card on file. The full program investment must be paid in full by the halfway point of the program — regardless of the payment schedule chosen. Month-to-month clients are responsible for keeping their payment information current. Failed payments must be resolved within 3 business days. Failure to resolve a failed payment within this window may result in a pause or discontinuation of services. 

Program investments are non-refundable. If you are unable to continue your program after it has begun, a credit toward a future program will be issued under the following conditions:

• Cancellation notice must be received in writing at least 7 days in advance
• The credit must be applied toward a rescheduled or new program
• The new program must begin within 6 months of the written cancellation date
• Credits not used within 6 months are forfeited and non-transferable

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to crystal@crystaltheshaman.com at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled session or billing date, whichever comes first. 

 By booking a Clarity Session or enrolling in any program offered through Crystal The Shaman, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined on this page. You acknowledge that shamanic healing and energy medicine are complementary spiritual practices and that you are participating of your own free will.
