I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure that I can serve all my clients effectively, I have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for services.
2. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged the full service fee.
3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee.
4. Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies can arise. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
5. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
